PA UT (PAUT): Longitudinal Seams (Welds)

ISONIC EXPERT CU software application was created for the inspection of the:
  • longitudinal seams (welds) with symmetrical bevel in the tubes, vessels, and the like
  • spiral welds and welds between the spherically shaped members
  • parent material in the tubes, pressure vessels, solid and hollow shafts, rings, lugs, hollow and solid shpere shapes, and the like for the:
    • longitudinal cracks
    • corrosion damages on the ID and OD surfaces
with use of the wedged linear array probes with contoured contact face situated on the OD surface of the parent material
